Experience

Lead GIS Technician, Avineon Inc, St.Petersburg, Fl- 2006-2014

The use of AutoCAD, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, G-Tech,to convert as-builts, operational

changes, and Reports into GIS for multiple utility companies throughout the United

States.

Projects

PG&E's Gas Distribution system (Pacific Gas & Electric)-Converted PG&E's

current mapping system into GIS I also developed new functions and processes for

Cathodic Protection and Emergency Zones. Using ArcCatalog I was able to create

the stored displays for Emergency Zones and Cathodic Protection

SEMPRA's Gas Distribution System- Converted SEMPRA's old paper mapping

system into GIS. Through the course of the project I ended up becoming the Quality

Control Analyst. The project lasted five years.

Charlotte/Mecklenburg Water and Sewer- Used source data, such as as-built

drawings, working drawings, elevation plans and converted these plans using

ArcMap and ArcCatalog to convert Charlotte/Mecklenburg Water and Sewer system

into a geographically accurate database.

Richmond Sewer- Converted Sewer as-built and elevation drawings into GIS using

ArcMap. This included Arch Sewers, Storm Sewers, and Combined Sewer systems.

Northwest Energy- Quality Control drawings using AutoCAD 2012. I made sure

that gas and electric facility was snapped and in the correct locations. Also

performed completeness checks to make sure all facility was captured on the maps.

United States Census Bureau TIGER MTAIP Project-Realigning road

centerlines to updated sources that were prepared by another team using satellite

imagery.
